Being a Rental Store has given us the great advantage of diversity. We are able to service what we rental and we service what we sell. Our Repair Staff have years of service work in the Rental Industry. They attend regular service schools to continue their education to keep up with the demands and constant changes in the industry.
With a lot of equipment today itís a good idea to get an estimate for repair work before preceding to the actual repair. Often times weíll be able to determine if the equipment is worth repairing or replacing.
Waiting on Repair
Our service is done as the equipment comes in and will be dependant on parts & availability of parts. Our service staff will do their best to estimate duration and time of repair.
We repair anything we sell. If your product is covered under warranty, or if you have questions regarding your warranty, contact us. If you expect the warranty to cover your repair work, inform us at time of drop-off. Warranty repair will be determined during the tear down and inspection during the estimate.
Many times a homeowner or contractor will reach for a piece of equipment they havenít needed in a while to find that it wonít start. Whether itís bad fuel, carbon build up on the park plug or a plugged air filter, we can get you back on the job before you know it. Tune-ups are quick with minimal labor and parts to minimize your down time.
With high lift equipment, OSHA will require the machine to have yearly inspection performed. We do this in house with our own machines and we can do it for yours. If your lift is inoperable, we can come get it for repair and inspection. If your lift is on the job we can perform the inspection there.
No matter the item, large or small we can delivery or pick it up for you. Delivery rates are based on distance, as well as the specific item. We have different delivery rates for in town and out of town jobs. Our delivery times are approximate, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Set-up and tear-down is available at an additional charge.
